Edit: I didnt want to go there ever again but for unexpected reasons ended up going against my wish, but had lovely service, friendly staff, and good food, not really value for money but it worth it. Saw the rude lady again with similar behaviour even far from closing time, but she didn't deal with us and I wasn't bothered, so I guess it depends on being lucky with the staff. I keep my opinion of not all cakes being fresh. Original review (originally one star wanting to have a zero option): Went as my husband was caught by a big advertisement for a piece of cake, but it was their closing time (we turned up something like 16:55 and they closed 17h, or something near this). I understand it was wrong from us, we didn't know it though, first time going there; staff was so rude, the lady yelled at us saying they were closing, completely different of overall m&s staff at arena. They needed to tell us it was closing time but could have been done in a polite way. Also lost interest on the famous cake as a lot of pieces were still there probably for the following day, not fresh.

Consistently extremely slow staff and Sandra is needlessly rude and passive aggressive. It isn’t your customers’ fault it takes you 10 minutes to put 4 items through the till! Thought perhaps it was just a bad day but it’s the third visit and it’s the same every time

No eggs at 10.15 in the morning. Really, you're advertising breakfast until 12.00. Surely there are 100s of eggs in the store! Disappoint.
