The staff was amazing they took my order and kept a lovely smile whilst doing so. Shout out to Ralph she prepared my drink and kept an gave an amazing customer service

Costa within Next, good and normal service. I have concerns about hygiene because milks were located next to the people without lids. Many seats are available.
I have always received a warm welcome here from the staff. I love their range of refreshments both hot and cold. The service here has always been excellent. The staff work very hard and should be credited for it.
Really very unclean. Dirty toilet, floors, chairs, counter tops. Only good thing hot coffee, friendly staff
The staff is overwhelmed. There is only one person doing coffee. Queue it’s all the way down to ground floor. And because of this the drinks quality are altered.
Worst Costa I’ve ever been to. Firstly the machines and countertops were filthy on ordering and that reflected in the taste of the coffee. Myself and my sister were sat near the condiments station and had finished our coffees and having a good old chin wag as you do in a coffee shop. A staff member at the counter kept looking over at us to the point it made us feel uncomfortable and shouted to her colleague, “why do people stay sat talking when they have finished, do they not realise others need to sit down?!” Very obviously aiming the comment at us. As paying customers, we should be able to sit as long as we please without being made to feel unwelcome or uncomfortable. The whole of the cafe were doing the exact same as us yet we felt targeted. I think the store manager needs to invest their time and effort in recruiting more professional and kind staff members who care about good customer service and the maintenance and hygiene of their work space.
Staff lovely but hate being offered takeaway cups at eat un prices as they hadn't enough staff to wash cups! Seems to be getting grimy over a long time of not deep cleaning . Lights are filthy and have been since before lockdown . Hardworking , friendly staff, let down by environment for customers
