   I bought a Beko washing machine in April, the delivery was good putting the machine where I wanted it. However the machine broke down almost immediately failing to perform certain programmes then failed to initiate completely. Various parts were changed including both mail boards. Even then things were iffy as the start button was temperamental in its use having to hit it in just the right spot. Last week it again failed to carry out some of the programmes just as it had originally. As it is now out of Warranty I will not be able to get it repaired as the cost of trhe parts are now more than replacing the machine. I will not be using this company again nor will I buy a Beko again either.

   Friendly very helpful pleasant staff. Nothing to much trouble . They actually got stock that can be delivered straightaway unlike the big electrical stores . Thanks for fab service from sales to delivery . Little gem of a store which will knock spots off the big stores in the area .
