Walked in at 16:53 and they turned us away because they had “shut the coffee machine” there were still loads of people in there but they obviously saw 2 non white professionals enter and were so rude to tell us we’re not welcome. We asked if we could have a baked good from their counter instead as this wouldn’t require the coffee machine and they just said no “we’re closed” even though they clearly weren’t. Avoid this place. Absolutely shocking “customer service”

We ordered an apple pie, 1 espresso, chocolate milkshake, and a hot chocolate . Non of them failed to impress us. Food is great, cool vibes, and the service is amazing.
My boyfriend and I visited this cafe to study. We sat on the sofa it was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend for studying if you get the appropriate table. The hot chocolate was impeccable. We shared a large Belgium milk hot chocolate and now we are set on visiting Belgium. It was the best hot chocolate I’ve ever had. It wasn’t too sweet and I could have drank the whole drink alone and not feel sick. A perfect balance. We also had the added whipped cream and marshmallows. I think the add on was about £2 which shocked us bc normally add one like that would never cost more then 75p however the marshmallows where such good quality. The staff are lovely too. Definitely visit if you’re craving a hot chocolate.
Utterly SHOCKED & DISGUSTED! Ordered a ‘fresh’ orange juice, Macchiato & apple pie cake. 1) The orange juice is not freshly squeezed it’s straight out of the carton which they LIED about & REFUNDED my money. 2) The macchiato was bitter as hell only filled to half a cup. Very LOW quality & nothing like Starbucks. No refund was given instead they offered to add extra milk which still was bitter & not drinkable at all. 3) The ice cream was also low quality and just left it melting away. 1 star for the apple cake. Please note, it’s very important to listen to the customers needs because without that there will be no business for you. Also, please do not lie to customers. Overall, the whole experience was a REGRET making it my first and last visit.
It's a nice cafe with an outdoor terrace. It is located in the busy shopping mall building, but you can enjoy coffee and delicious food while looking out the window quietly.
Wow, the coffee and hot chocolate in this place is just amazing. Try the double macchiato for the perfect coffee hit or the tea light lit hot chocolate. Throw in impeccable staff, and it's a new favourite morning port of call. Brilliant.
Honestly the best Oat Milk Mocha I’ve ever had. I told em that too. I thought was a bit expensive at first but the product they delivered I thought was worth it, first time I’ve have had cream on top. The tea light candle cup thing was a new experience for me, really great idea.
An elegant Coffee establishment coupled with an amazing quality of food and deserts all for High Street prices. Food selection spans across rolls and paninis to pancakes to waffles and sweet treats. Seating area is immaculately clean and tidy and in the warmer weather boasts a seat over looking the precinct. Owners and staff are very friendly. If you're visiting Coventry City Centre and want something different to the mainstream coffee outlets I urge you to try this place.
