   Area is well kept, clean and modern. Staff charge £.0.60 for "hot water", so unwelcoming for parents who feed their child formula. Only cafe in Coventry who charges for water. Back office cafe staff and management of the Cafe are rude and uncompromising if questioned about service or food. You are forewarned to never ask for a reasonable amendment to the fixed menu. An additional item like cheese on your beans on toast is not listed on the right page of the menu. Pricing is excellent, food quality is below average, customer service is great from staff unless you break the forbidden rule of asking for a non-listed optional extra. I will not eat here again.
