   Shelves looking more to have less and less stock every week, I wouldn't be surprised to see our local store close which would be sad as it's a very handy store when properly stocked. Staff always helpful and polite.

   What happened to this store? Barely any till staff, always a que. Shelves rarely full and most items you go in for are out of stock. No nice new ranges, no things that you see and think i want that. Its looking like a half filled second hand store. I genuinely used to spend so much here but struggle to find anything now. I went in for white gloss last week and there was none, how did that even happen, whote gloss, a basic item. The company must have financial troubles and be unable to fill its shelves is all I can think???

   Always a 5 star experience shopping at Wilko. Love how you can get a door handle, pet food and stickers all in one place. Keep an eye out for cheeky prices though.

   Good store for most of your general needs. I do like the pick and mix screw section but it's not often got the full selection. Cheaper to buy online at other stores but good if you need things now

   Pretty bad to be honest. First of all, queue was right down the aisle, no staff supervising social distancing and ONE person on the till. Two of us in the queue using walking sticks and the lengthy wait was unnecessary. One staff member said about the self scanner but when I said I'd need help, she didn't offer any. I wasn't alone in that. At least 3 others didn't use it as they were unsure and needed assistance. Next, pink blankets clearly marked as £8 were actually £16. Luckily my friend had already been stung so was able to warn me. When challenged the girl on the till said only the navy ones were reduced but there was NO mention of that anywhere in the shop. Their excuse was that they'd only changed them that morning. This was in the afternoon. I'd have paid £16 but felt customers were being deliberately mislead. I won't even go into shoplifting! Let's just say it happened blatantly under the noses of staff.....
