    The worst service I’ve had at a Starbucks ever. The staff had no interest in any form of customer service. I waited for 20 minutes for 2 coffees and croissants while they served every car going through the drive through. When I asked where our drinks were Bree told us there were lots of drinks despite there being no one else in the queue. Then all 3 of them decided to take as long as possible to make the other coffee we were waiting for and ‘forgot’ what food we ordered. I’ve never seen such disinterested staff in my life. Not helped by them muttering under their breaths to each other about the fact we’d dared to say we were in a hurry. It’s meant to be fast food not a full sit in meal.

    Staff were disinterested, slow and more interested chatting than actually serving customers or making drinks.there was no one else to be served, no one at the drive through and three staff stood chatting. When we were served the person serving us acted like we were and inconvenience. Drinks were fine, but atmosphere was off… definitely won’t recommend or go back.

    Thank you Starbucks Eastern Bypass Coventry for your AMAZING service today. I had to pull over because my car bonnet was loose and wouldn't shut properly... your store came up just in time!! I rang the RAC who said they'd come out but it would be 2 hours minimum. I popped in to get a coffee, explain the situation and ask if it was OK to park here that long and wait for the RAC and the lovely staff member sympathised and as I went to get my card out, she said, this is on us today! WOW! I protested but she wouldn't have it, so here I am sat waiting in the warm, latte in hand, phone plugged in to the free electric and WiFi! Once I get going I have another 250 miles to cover so to say this is a very welcome relief and unexpected BONUS, is an understatement!!

    I like that it's outside the city ... Usually calm Nice decoration though Service is the usual Starbucks service... Nothing special here. There should be more attention on cleanness. They leave the tables and the floor dirty for long time although it isn't a busy place.

    The staff here are so nice! Really made my visit even better, so thank you. I had a lemon muffin, which was dead nice with sweet frosting and a lemon curd filling.

    My 5th visit. Located on the bypass. Taken a sneaky trip out for the best coffee, well it's the one I love. Excuse the mess, I would prefer to wait a moment while they cleaned up than serve. Has it changed since i wrote my review, yes.
