    I had an extremely disappointing experience at this MOT centre. From the moment I arrived, the staff were rude, unwelcoming, and completely lacking in basic customer service skills. The overall atmosphere was unpleasant, and the team seemed miserable and uninterested in helping customers. The way they treated me was both unprofessional and disrespectful, showing no courtesy or manners whatsoever. Unfortunately, this left a very poor impression and turned what should have been a straightforward visit into a stressful and frustrating experience. Based on my visit, I cannot recommend this place at all. If you value respectful treatment and a professional service, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

    Brilliant guys and brilliant service I work long hours at the hospital and unique car care provide a pick up and drop of service which works brilliantly with my tight schedule. So I don’t have to wait around when getting a mot, service or general repair on my car. Staff are punctual, reliable and trustworthy. Thank you and very happy with the service

    By far one off the best garages I’ve been to Mo his service is 10/10 he fixed my car & I didn’t have the money on me but he was okay for me to pay later which I did but they truly care about their custom - I’ve used mo garage a fair few time - when I doubt I always call them and they happy to help - plus they have a garage that’s called your plates & they all are one team the customer services is spot on I will never go to anyone other than mo for garage work and your plates for the amazing car cleaning service
