   Can’t thank Rob and his team enough , phoned late Thursday and he managed to fit my Sprinter in first thing Friday morning as was due to go away in the van following Monday . Engine management light on , both nox sensors replaced and regend and back on the road by lunch time . Many thanks for accommodating me at such short notice . I would highly recommend

   The red oil low pressure warning light flashed up in my dash whilst driving my VW transporter down south for work. I called round a few garages to request a calibration test to see what other issues there were. I was then recommended Van Care. On the phone the staff were understanding of my situation they welcomed me to get towed to their garage for a check. On arrival, the staff were very polite and they took my vehicle in straight away. They updated me with what they were doing and let me know what the pottential issues could be. They told me it was still going to take a few days to find the fault, to which the staff asked me about my journey and were very kind to give me a lift to the train station. The place of work is professional and the staff are accommodating, understanding, polite and kind. I highly recommend them for and queries big or small. Thank you again for your help with my van and the lift to the train station.

   Rob and his team went above and beyond to get our campervan fixed to go to Europe. It was a massive job and a very tight schedule. He was honest, transparent and sent us videos and photos to update us. He even rang us on the first day of our holiday to check that all was well. Thank you so much. Highly recommend this garage!!

   After trying a few garages local to me. Being charged good money and not fixing the problem. I took the van to VanCare. They fixed the problem at what I thought was a good price. Head technician was super helpful and Rob at reception was happy to get me a price for something else I need fixing. Excellent overall service

   Fantastic service to help get our van through it's MOT in a very short timeframe when one of their pieces of equipment had broken. Really appreciated the efforts they went to and even offered a courtesy van for the couple of days they had to keep ours. Wouldn't hesitate to go back and would definitely recommend.

   Absolutely great service again from the guys at Van Care! Mercedes Sprinter in limp mode found to have a cracked air intake days before a holiday to the lake district!! The fault was diagnosed and repaired within the day with a courtesy van supplied allowing us to get away for the bank holiday in the van as planned.
