“The title of Mechanic or Engineer gets used very loosely these days. Most mechanics will simply fit new parts. The skill of problem solving has been lost somewhere and is probably no longer taught. Craig is a proper mechanic and problem solver - there are not many of these people around now. Craig recently completed a recommissioning of an old Vespa for me, getting it back on the road. I will be booking all my vehicles with Dixons from now onwards.”

She created the perfect hairstyles for me, my bridesmaids, and my mum and they looked exactly how I envisioned and held beautifully all day, even though my hair doesn’t usually hold a curl well! We tried a couple of different styles at the trial, and tweaked it a little bit on the wedding morning to make it perfect, and Rachel even trimmed my fringe on the morning to finish the look. “Little gem in Calverley. The Little Coffee House has a cosy atmosphere with friendly and kind hosts. I had scrambled eggs with smoked salmon on toast. The scrambled eggs were perfect - fluffy and delicious. They were melting in my mouth. Smoked salmon excellent complimented eggs with light saltiness and smokiness. My latte was creamy and smooth. It's definitely a place to return and try other items from the menu. Thank you!”

“We have always got celebration bouquets from here which are invariably perfect, so chose to order our wedding flowers despite them not being overly advertised at this particular florist. On the day they were so fresh and beautiful as well as incredibly reasonably priced, any changes even last minute were accommodated and the service was second to none. The bridal bouquet was arranged by Adrienne based on a few pictures and ideas and ended up exactly how the bride imagined, we had so many compliments on how different and stunning it was. The selection is great, it's well priced and the service is excellent too. Highly recommend the bagels, the Texan one with brisket in particular, but the roast beef one is also delicious and so it's the gochujang pork belly. The cakes are also very good.”

“This place is just perfect. We went for a lovely but chilly walk and finished up here after wanting to visit for ages and we weren't disappointed. Even from the outside it's special, and when you walk in its just a lovely fuzzy welcoming feeling of awesomeness. No.54 has so much quirky character, but natural, not forced. We sat at a beautiful, old arty table by the window and ordered full breakfasts. Everything on the plate was cooked perfectly and using great quality produce. I want to go back already, and can Imagine it being the perfect venue for a little celebration. Service was warm and friendly, and there's plenty of food choices to suit everyone. Resisted the cakes this time but I don't think that would happen next time!!!”
