“Found Ragdoll for Mother of the Groom dresses. Sue took amazing care of my mum with exactly what she wanted. We didn’t really know what she wanted but there was absolutely loads of choice. No pressure at all to purchase, happy to try on as many as possible and suggested plenty of different options. Found an absolutely stunning dress. Then found options for hats to go with it. Really lovely experience from start to finish. Thank you to Lynne & Sue.”

“Absolutely love Ultraflex clothing just placed another order. The jumpers are so comfortable and it helps that the design is different and amazing. Also the white sports bra is more supportive than most gym/sports bras it is hands down my favourite and I use it for pole so often I had to get another for between washes. Fantastic brand.”

She created the perfect hairstyles for me, my bridesmaids, and my mum and they looked exactly how I envisioned and held beautifully all day, even though my hair doesn’t usually hold a curl well! We tried a couple of different styles at the trial, and tweaked it a little bit on the wedding morning to make it perfect, and Rachel even trimmed my fringe on the morning to finish the look. Rachel was so friendly, calm, and lovely to have around on the wedding morning! I couldn’t recommend her more!”

“Honestly couldn't recommend Trendy Steps enough. We go in semi-regularly to check our little girls' measurements, and we're never pressured to buy shoes, and he will outright tell us when we don't need them if her old shoes still fit well. He genuinely cares about children wearing well-fitting shoes, even if it means he doesn't make a sale. Had our first experience buying school shoes this morning, and it was fantastic. He listened to what kind of shoes we wanted, pulled multiple options, and fully explained the differences between each pair and their features (eg breathability, anti scuff measures, etc). Absolutely fantastic with my shy four year old, and didn't feel like we were being rushed at all, even with other customers in the shop. Thoroughly checked the fit on every pair. Prices comparible with Clarks, but customer service and attention to detail was vastly superior”

“Well after being messed around by m and s call centre telling me misleading info . By the time we got to exchange some holiday money I was positively at the end of my rope. Any way enough bad here's the good . Money exchange with Connie cupcake she saw I was not a happy bunny she assured me this can happen even though it was nearly closing . Great attitude great customer service from Connie . Honestly this girl is such a people person she needs to be heading up the happy team at m and s so bubbly funny and honest she turned a mare of a day into pure joy. “Called in yesterday on way from The Mill in Farsley, I had met a friend for coffee - I used to go in this fabulous shop years ago and Jane was always lovely and friendly. Haven't been in for years?... I don't know why though?..... but sooo glad I went in yesterday got a black pantsuit (fabulous) and a crochet cardigan in the sale for my jollies.... off to Benidorm on Tuesday.
