   I recently ordered flowers online from M&S, and when they arrived they were, unfortunately, quite limp. From the moment I spoke with Dan, the manager, I knew I was in good hands. His service was nothing short of outstanding. Dan showed genuine care, patience and understanding. The way he handled the situation with such warmth and professionalism was truly impressive the kind of service that stays with you. I was so appreciative that I even gave him a hug. He is an absolute credit to M&S. I usually shop at the M&S in Guiseley, but because of the exemplary service from Dan, I will now be choosing the Owlcoates store. I’m a frequent shopper who does my full weekly shop at M&S, and this experience has only strengthened my loyalty to the brand. Thank you, Dan your kindness made all the difference.

   Well after being messed around by m and s call centre telling me misleading info . By the time we got to exchange some holiday money I was positively at the end of my rope. Any way enough bad here's the good . Money exchange with Connie cupcake she saw I was not a happy bunny she assured me this can happen even though it was nearly closing . Great attitude great customer service from Connie . Honestly this girl is such a people person she needs to be heading up the happy team at m and s so bubbly funny and honest she turned a mare of a day into pure joy. Thanks Connie what an exciting experience we had with you . 10/10.

   On Friday 24th March, I visited the Pudsey store with my mum and grandson. After choosing a plant for his mummy, my grandson lost his toy car under the plant display. A fantastic member of staff, who may have been called AJ? moved the plant display, so my grandson could retrieve his car. My grandson thought the man was "really strong" for moving the display, the man even gave my grandson some Percy Pig sweets for being so brave. Well done M&S. I shop at this store almost every week and the staff are all great, but this gesture was above and beyond.

   Not busy got some shoes and went to pay no service at tills and had to walk to the opposite side of the shop then que. Service was quick no explanation as to why the other side of the shop tills had no service. They said that boxes were no longer used It felt like I had stolen the shoes walking out holding them.

   Largest M&S I know. Most extensive range of stock with all their offerings in one store. Furniture, Soft furnishings, Food and Clothing in one place plus an extremely large cafeteria.

   A very large shop with such a large selection! I've had issues with M&S stores in the past with lack of staff on the shop floor but this store never disappoints, with plenty of staff available to help, even during the busy new year season. There was a man walking around promoting the M&S card and was very polite, and though I was not personally interested he did come across wonderfully and did not persist with me further than letting me know what it was and to find him if I wanted to know more. Again very polite, I believe his name was Stephen but I am not sure. All in all a great store and the (personal) best Marks and Spencer's I have visited

   Has to be 5stars for me .!! There are at least 2main entrances from the car park into this store . Both of them are easily accessed from a number of disabled bays in the section of car park you find yourself ! The main doors slide open as you approach and then inside there is a second set of sliding doors leading onto the shop floor . The store is signposted throughout and the food part of the store itself is in a section of the main store.So you can shop without having to leave the store at all. The store is well laid out and has ample room for wheelchairs.There is also a cafe which was quite busy !! Access to downstairs is by escalator or a choice of two lifts . The toilets are down here too and there is lots of space . I didn’t have time to finish the lower ground floor so will post that later
