No pressure at all to purchase, happy to try on as many as possible and suggested plenty of different options. Found an absolutely stunning dress. Then found options for hats to go with it. “I highly recommend John and his team. They have now done my kitchen and 2 bedrooms. They are all absolutely fantastic. John’s attention to detail when planning my rooms has been excellent. Then also Richard’s attention to detail and superb workmanship when installing is second to none. I am extremely pleased with all my rooms. My kitchen deserves particular mention because it’s such a beautiful space now and also so fabulous to use with lots of worktop and loads of cupboard space. The kitchen installation from gutting the old one, to rewiring, replumbing and fitting was like clockwork.”

“Purchased a Smok v8 today for 20 pound on sale, when I got home and opened the box, it had everything but the coils, if they are on sale because they have no coils it should state that, when I buy some more coils I've basically paid full price and saved nothing and just gained more hassle trying to get some coils. I've still given five stars because apart from this it's a fantastic shop with fantastic staff.”

“Well after being messed around by m and s call centre telling me misleading info . By the time we got to exchange some holiday money I was positively at the end of my rope. Any way enough bad here's the good . Money exchange with Connie cupcake she saw I was not a happy bunny she assured me this can happen even though it was nearly closing . Great attitude great customer service from Connie . Honestly this girl is such a people person she needs to be heading up the happy team at m and s so bubbly funny and honest she turned a mare of a day into pure joy. Also the white sports bra is more supportive than most gym/sports bras it is hands down my favourite and I use it for pole so often I had to get another for between washes. Fantastic brand.”
