   Best pharmacy I've been to so far. Great variety of products in store. I've had a few problems with my prescriptions going to a completely different pharmacy in a different city and I have never been there in my life. The lady called Kim. Dealt with it very well very friendly and professional. I won't use any other pharmacy now. Only pharmacy I can trust to get my medication as and when I need it.

   one bad apple can ruin your experience twice boots have now failed to re-order my medications yet they never take responsibility for the failure it is always the doctors office or the ad-locum. one member of staff is so rude will not listen to what you are saying doctor changed my dose to twice a day on the phone for a short period she did not change the prescription when I picked it up the women behind the counter would not listen to what I was saying just kept waving the paper prescription in my face saying it would not be re-ordered for 2 months just absolutely rigid in her attitude no customer service skills.

   Needed an emergancy prescription on a Saturday afternoon. Having tried 2 other chemists only to find them all closed I spotted this one. The staff where only two happy to help me out and within 5 minutes of entering the store, I had my prescription & on my way again. Fast, very friendly and helpful people work here giving customers a very warm welcome.

   I have medication on repeat, they text me when it's in, the pharmacy staff are very helpful and will tell you if any of your medications clash. The shop floor staff are brilliant ,customer service at it's best. THE best chemist in Pudsey !
