Brilliant service from Marta for the second time. Complicated scenario for us with twin babies and a toddler looking for 3 in a row in a 5 seater car. No trouble at all for Marta who sorted us out with brilliant infant car seats and now again for the next stage car seats. She diligently made sure they were fitted correctly and all as safe as possible for their ages. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!
Absolutely outstanding service! We turned up without booking an appointment as I hadn’t read the website properly to know this was necessary. I was a little confused when we arrived at a house rather than a shop. I called to ask for directions and Marta explained but said she would fit us in, which was great as we live on the other side of Leeds so it’s not a quick drive. Marta knows all there is to know about car seats! She let us try different seats in our car and talked us through the pros and cons of each. She was lovely with my baby and my baby was amazingly chilled out throughout! We won’t go anywhere else for a car seat in the future and we intend to book an appointment for a seat for my mum’s new car in the near future. Thank you Marta!

Would I rather give my money to a superbly helpful expert like her or a faceless megastore? Not a terribly difficult choice! We've used Marta twice and been first class every time. Just purchased 2 car seats from Marta. I had done lots of research about safe car seats for my children’s age/ weight and height but felt nervous about how to fit them and whether they were suitable for our cars and husbands height (6ft 4). I felt confident with Marta showing us how to fit them and fitting them in the most appropriate seats for everyone’s comfort. We felt no pressure to purchase the seats only confidence that’s we had made the right choices. Would highly recommend arranging an appointment if you need any advise about finding safe car seats for your children!
