   Had a dreadful experience at another vape shop in Pudsey where I was sold a Vape which was opposite to what I actually wanted/asked for. I should've known as I was unable to view the vape pen until I got home and opened it at which point they did not want it back. Went to TYV and complete opposite. They took the time to listen and ask questions to understand how much I used to smoke and what I was vaping. They tailored their service and exceeded my expectations. Now I have a pen I love and vape with no issues!! Thank you

   Me and my girlfriend went in this evening 5 minutes before close. We’ve been vaping for a while but after having disposable elf bars for the last month, we’ve both gone off our normal vape stuff. We don’t really know the ins/outs and were struggling with finding something new that we liked. The lovely man who worked there took us through lots of helpful information and stayed after close to help us and nothing was too much trouble. The products he recommended are great and it’s made a massive difference as we’ve got home and absolutely love what we’ve got. A really lovely experience, thanks so much!

   Just visited for the 1st time today for my 1st vape. I was very impressed with the store and Jack who thoroughly helped me through how to get started and hopefully knock the cigs on the head. He seemed very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and gave me every confidence in my purchase. The prices were good too ( I was expecting to pay more) and they have a wide selection. Thanks a lot.

   Purchased a Smok v8 today for 20 pound on sale, when I got home and opened the box, it had everything but the coils, if they are on sale because they have no coils it should state that, when I buy some more coils I've basically paid full price and saved nothing and just gained more hassle trying to get some coils. I've still given five stars because apart from this it's a fantastic shop with fantastic staff.
