   If you are remotely interested about the environment, sadly, this place is not for you. People are routinely served in plastic cups and other single use plastics. Only to overhear one of the employees there saying: "it's so much easier isn't it?" I personaly won't ever use again.

   I would just like to thank the store manager shar I recently had a weekend break in Leamington Spa with the girls and bought a little jumper for the baby of the family for Christmas and left it at this store I have later found out having gone back to Manchester I noticed I hadn’t got my little brown bag so I phoned this store by chance as I thought it was the last place we were sat to have coffee and she said she had got the bag with the little jumper and was so helpful and kind and said she would post out free of charge to me absolutely so lovely of her thanks so much for all your help and I must say the coffee and cake was so nice too we had the best time in Leamington spa thanks again shar for your kindness xx

   Unfortunately, my visit to Caffè Nero on The Parade was a letdown. The staff here didn’t seem welcoming at all. When I placed my order, the woman serving me came across as disinterested and unfriendly, which made the experience feel quite cold and uninviting. It was disappointing, especially when compared to the exceptional service I received at the Regent Street branch just around the corner. The difference in customer service was noticeable, and it really affected my overall impression. I think in the future, I’ll just stick to the Regent St branch when I’m in the area as they know how to make their customers feel valued.

   Good place to hangout. Tried cappuccino and carrot cake. Loved the taste. Quite busy during weekends. Cozy and pet friendly place. Loved the vibe. Quick service. Accept cash or card. Must visit!!!!!

   Nice and cosy place. It's quieter in the mornings and the tables upstairs are a pleasant place to chill. The staff are friendly. Coffee and cakes are what you'd expect from a Caffè Nero.

   The vegan sandwich tasted really good. The place is not very big, especially if you want to work quietly. Less rush in the afternoons but otherwise it's mostly filled with people as it's on the main street. It has also got a restroom within it.
