   This is such a Leamington gem! We’ve always had a warm welcome but never more so than on my daughter’s eighth birthday recently. Ketan and the team were so accommodating when we needed somewhere to have cake and juice with a few friends after a party, and the ladies working the weekend could not have been more sweet and kind. One service I didn’t know about until we were making arrangements a few weeks in advance was that Teisha at Coffee Break also makes spectacular occasion cakes. She made a little girl extremely happy that day and we were absolutely delighted. My mother - with very high standards for cake! - described it as phenomenal quality. Thank you to all the team; Leamington is lucky to have this local business.

   Lovely ladies who make the coffee, large selection of drinks and food and fantastic atmosphere, very large seating area and great view over the east side entrance to the Royal Priors Shopping Centre. Will definitely be coming back again!

   We popped in for breakfast and ordered tomato basil soup, falafel wrap, chicken & mushroom pastry, Apple & cinnamon muffin and mint tea Tomato & basil soup is an ideal kick start for winter mornings. Falafel wrap & chicken mushroom were served warm. Friendly staff and good atmosphere. Menu prices aren't expensive.

   Be careful when you get your order - you paid for large hot chocolate and got small one. When you asked why it’s small- the answer just killing - we don’t have large cup for now… so why you take the payment for large one? Plus tables are dirty, no one cleaning and clearing tables… so maybe make sense to clear the tables and it will be enough cups

   The Asian lady who helped me was so kind and thoughtful. The hot chocolate and tea was good. The bakewell tart and Crunchie muffin I wouldn't buy again- disappointing. Nice vibe and good seating

   Staff were excellent ( young ladies who worked 11.30 shift on 23/02/23), food was brilliant but manager was rude and cutleries very dirty. However, upon complaint to one of the staff she came to apologise in all fairness to her. But not a good way to speak to customers especially when you have oversight responsibility. Overall great experience, I will visit again. They also have a great space for kids to jump around while parent's enjoy their meal. Addendum: Adding the above details for context upon request from management. I had two trays of food. Took one to my family and when I returned to pick the second tray I informed the staff attending to me that I think I am missing a drink, the young lady politely said that the vanilla is in the process of being made and out of the blue the Manager very rudely asked me out of the shop that I am putting them under pressure. Quoting her verbatim she said: "please go go go go and we will bring the tray to you as you are putting us under alot of pressure". I was pleasantly surprised because there were only me and another customer with 4 staff attending to us; so in my head how am I pressuring you and your team. I calmly left but felt the need to express how I felt to the staff attending to me. Sometimes it's not what you say but how you say it. Her countenance and body language was very hostile and I could not but think that maybe its because I am a black male ( I might be wrong).

   Ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks. 1st was Gluten free bagel. Vile. The 2nd was a tuna sandwich which was stale and the hardly there tuna was dried into the bread. The lettuce disintigrated when rubbed between two fingers or was slimy. When asked to replace the tuna sandwich we were sarcastically talked to. The sandwich was changed but the bread was still stale. The guy that brought it out acted like we should be grateful. He then told us it was freshly made on Tuesday. Today was Thursday! We left it on the tray and went.
