Excellent highly recommended. Staff very welcoming and friendly. The food was fresh, hot, served in a presentable manner, and was mourish and tasty. The toilets were clean. The atmosphere was cosy.

Dropped in on a visit from Australia, had a Sunday roast here with my four kids. Food was excellent, the service was friendly with a local vibe, atmosphere was great. Nice to see the local English pub is still thriving. Well done to the owners and I would recommend the Sunday menu to anyone.

3rd time I've played pool on Thursday night league. Same friendly welcome. It's a good old ale house. Needs a jukebox
Had a great pub lunch with the then Conservative candidate post canvassing session, certainly recommended Sunday lunch.
