Autotech is a fantastic experience if you're looking for a cost efficient and professional service. I used them a few days ago for an MOT and they did not disappoint. I took my car in at 8:30 a.m. and by 11 a.m. it was ready for me to collect. I had some advisories a very polite conversation with the owner and team and drove away a happy camper
A good honest, professional service and great value. Autotech have flawlessly looked after several generations of our Family cars. We don't live local, however for a trusted garage service, we are prepared to travel the extra miles. All charges are itemised and explained in layman terms, with impartial advise on preventative or upcoming issues.
I went to this garage based on reviews but was left dissapointed. They were quick enough to fail the MOT but were not prepared to carry out the work and told me to take it to my 'normal garage'. I think they prefer a certain customer base and if you are new and not been here before I would avoid. If you are not qualified enough or prepared to do the work then you should not be doing the MOT in the first place.
Have been going to Autotech for several years now. They're honest, friendly and trustworthy, which is a rarity these days.
