Purchased a Magnum ice cream, opened the packet and it was crushed, second magnum received also flat and crushed.the second member of staff replaced the Ice cream without uttering a word. The third ice cream was just passable . Rude, ignorant staff. Highly priced with substandard item ,if I could rate zero stars I would.Avoid !!!!!

Would avoid, overly warm restaurant and over priced food. A kids box is a small sandwich an apple that neither child could bite into and a biscuit. Asked for beans on toast and was told that it could be refused, then when asked the ‘manager’ was informed to have that I would have to pay the price of a full meal with bacon etc to have beans on toast. Clearly not wanted to be made, staff are extremely rude. Not worth the price tag that comes with any meal

Average food very overpriced. Ordered the cheese burgers which were £7.50 each were literally just slapped on a plate no attempt at side salad chips/ crisps nothing no pride in their presentation. I ordered tuna Panini and there was an attempt at a side salad with this one but they needent have bothered ( see pic). Young kids working there who were very overwhelmed and struggling with how busy it was, they were all very friendly though. Strangely when the young lad brought our food over he put the tray on the table next to us ( where 2children were sat) and then proceeded to bring each individual dish over to our table) giving the 2 kids a good opportunity to learn over/ gawp and talk over our food which was off-putting. Would go again for a drink or ice-cream but I'd give the food a miss for the price

Poor customer service, relies solely on its location in the middle of the park to stay in business. No free tap water for the children despite the temperature being 37C. Oh, and also it is a legal obligation to provide it to customers.

Very pleasant cafe within st nicholas park. Good selection of meals available from sandwiches, jacket potatoes, burgers and various other options. There are also various cakes available if this takes your fancy. No toilets in the building, but there are some next door. There is a pay and display car park nearby.

Delicious burger and good jacket potato. Children's "chicken nugget, chips and beans" was disappointing, as there were only 3 chicken nuggets in the box!!! Staff were very polite.

The 'side of salad' with the very basic and oddly onion tasting baguette (ordered cheese and tomato & cheese and ham) disappointing kids box. Half decent sandwich but not much more.

Average coffee, amazing gelato, which unfortunately I won't order again as the staff keeps talking over it while serving - saliva sprinkles topping Yikes!.. Most of the staff are young teens who don't always get your order right first time. And the place itself looks rather filthy with thick dust layers on the fans and hanging off the ceiling in strings. Makes you wonder what's going on in the kitchen..
