   We were at the Kanko lounge for a private 40th birthday party, the venue was perfect as we're the bar staff, my only point for consideration was that 1 single toilet was not enough. There were approximately 80 people but as the drinks flowed so did the pee pee which meant there was a long que everytime. I think the food was not from the venue and provided by the birthday girl so the food rating is not a reflection of kanko lounge.

   Went to Kanko Lounge but the staff on the Reception were very rough, went 2-3 times but one lady on reception always show’s attitude. She looks like Asian , Indian . She treats British people very well but never treat Asian’s in same way. She never bother to explain the menu.

   When entering and ordering at the bar, it was obvious that neither of the two staff members were going to smile even though they weren't overworked with only a few customers seated. A meal described on menu as Pulled Pork and Chips turned out to be overpriced wafers enclosing no visible meat with half a handfull of crisps of which I had eaten only half when a drunk, failing to make it to the gents, sat down beside me and projectile vomited everywhere, spattering my shoe. Asking one of the two staff members to please try to clean up beside my seat, was met with a glare as if I was a trouble maker. Leaving the meal and drink I hurriedly left with both staff avoiding eye contact or comment. If that's what you like for an early Saturday evening in Rugby, then this is the place for you.
