Had to clean the table ourself with wipes, looked like it wasnt clean for quite a long time... the latte ordered were having milk only... had to add lots of sugar to drink half of the cup... and the staff is very rude to talk to...
Coffee is great, yet customers with their Starbucks have no where to sit. Because people have greggs, kids have packed lunches while their parents have nothing and students only sit with laptops
Got served by a lovely tall lady I think her name was fara. Friendly face & a nice smile. I genuinely thought she was the manager until told different

I been going here for a very long time and i am always greeted well by the staff and especially Jay, who makes my day. I never have any problems with the coffee or the food. Unfortunately it is a very busy cafe as it’s located in the city centre so if you are after a faster place for coffee i do suggest others in the area. Overall a very friendly place to catch up with friends or family.
Very friendly staff members and was understanding of my autism. (I find it hard to talk to new people and give eye contact). Non-judgemental people and made me feel content having some tea before a trip

I appreciate the staff work hard and it’s a very busy Starbucks, but there is always an issue whether that be that they are out of syrups or the syrup you want or the blender is broken. Every time I come here they are out of syrups. The toilets are also disgusting, they are filthy, the toilets are blocked and they stink. The tables are never clean. Also people just come in and sit/take up tables who aren’t even customers so that makes it difficult to find a place to sit. It’s really not what you’d expect when they charge £4/5 for their drinks. Also, you are left waiting 15 minutes for your drink. If this was the only issue I wouldn’t have complained, but on top of everything else at any given time there are about 10 people cramped at the end of the coffee bar waiting on drinks. It’s very slow and I have noticed staff chatting rather than fulfilling orders. Would not recommend.
I don't like cities. So I'm being biased. But the atmosphere here just isn't relaxing. It's loud and cramped, and it's very busy all the time, as one would expect, but it doesn't make for a relaxing setting. Service is good though and the staff are excellent.
A trip to Starbucks is usually a mundane experience. But the supervisor/manager walked in singing Pure Imagination and my first thoughts were, ‘wow he has a lovely voice’, and second, ‘why is he singing does he actually like coming into work’. He later went around picking up rubbish and making sure everyone was okay and needed drinks. The whole team was fast and made sure to correct any drink errors for other people. For a Starbucks in the middle of a city center, I’d say they have a solid team and great work attitude. Sometimes it’s the little things like that :)
