On website trade counter opening times shows 8.00am to 6.00pm but actually opened at 9.00am to 4.30 pm
I was advised by phone by a staff member that TPS was open until 6pm. I arrived at 5:15 to find the door locked. Phoned again and was informed by another guy that they were "open" until 6 but the warehouse closed at 5! Also found out that VW wont allow sales to any non account holders so trade only. Wasted 2 1/2 hours of my time :(
Big shout to Luke and Sam in the parts department top guys allway helpful and allways sorting chasing everthing i need
I do like the customer service that they give but unfortunately a bit expensive as compare to other!
Cut up by one of there drivers today,went in wrong lane at A50 on a roundabout to then force his way in front of a van i was behind, then break checked the van which i just missed due to his dangerous driving, which put me in a wrong lane,so pulled up in front of him at traffic lights,were he got the hump and started gesturing... why cry about something which you caused, and then continue shouting out your window folling me down the A46... strange.
i went to buy showroom polish for my car. they refused to deliver my purchases unless i set up an account with them. they made me wait for a long time before someone attended to me. the guy at the reception was more interested in his phone call than attending to me. and they hiked the price of the polish. almost 50% of what i used to pay for it
I was asked to come to the parts desk on Saturday as the team were unable to indentiy the part I needed over the phone and I work 9-5 so was unable to get there in the week. I turned up at 12:30 today and they had stuck a hand written note on the door saying they have closed at 12 today. Great. This means I will now have to take my business elsewhere to get the parts I need and have my car off the road for another week. Awful experience, do not use! Avoid at all costs!
