Discovery Sport that needed timing chain change and had other issues with turbo and DPF. Excellent work on what was a complex set of issues. The garage kept me fully informed on all stages of work, providing photos and updates, very quick to identify other issues found. Also provided good follow up to any snagging issues after I collected the car. Thank you for the great service!
I bought a 2019 Mondeo from Niche, which it turns out had issues with the battery as well as the seats. I took it back to them and they sorted it out using the official Ford garage and even loaned me a runaround till my car was back. That aside, Akeel and Nad are really nice people and fantastic to deal with. Would recommend this garage to anyone for both sales and service.
Where do I start with this garage.... After having turbo issues I'd limped the car to wilco motor save and they tried to rip me off. So scoured the web and found NICHE MOTOR COMPANY and a phone call later they new exactly what was wrong with the old girl. Adam arranged pick up from my house the next day. Although it was in there garage for nearly 3 weeks it turned out they found that the turbo was indeed knackered and it had starved the bottom end of oil ultimately ruining the engine. They did there due diligence and found a second hand engine albeit there pretty rare and had it swapped over in less than a week. (Hence the long stay in the garage) Hats off to them they didn't just call the next day for me to come collect they kept hold of it and used it daily to make sure it was in good order and not problematic. They went above and beyond with work that needed doing and didn't even charge for it, so thank you for that. Can't fault these guys. Adam was super informative and kept in touch with updates and pictures of the progress. I would highly recommend these guys and will be taking the 30 min journey to use these guys if I ever need to in the future (touch wood i never need too)
Really happy with the quality of service provided, very quick turn around in getting my car back after work had been completed. Really appreciated the extra effort in explaining the problem and how it could be rectified. Really seemed to value the client and I would highly recommend, a very good, quick and honest outfit. Had these guys recommended to me after a not so great experience with a nationally recognised company.
Top class service providers. My vehicle went in on a loader as it had lost all transmission. It was left with Adam who is a excellent mechanic and has great knowledge about engines!. After several diagnostic and Items being replaced, the car is now driving like a new motor!!! Very honest and reliable motor company. 5 * is the least you could rate them. They also provided a follow for satisfaction!!! No.1 for reconsideration. Will not hesitate!!!
I would like to thank Adam at Niche who dealt with my handbrake issue with my car. Service is excellent. The only issue was delivery which was no fault of company. Once the part arrived they got on with the job straight away . I am happy with service provided with Adam and his staff. highly recommended !
I highly recommend Niche Motors! My car had failed its MOT so I called Niche and Adam was very helpful in booking my car in on Christmas Eve to fix the problems which included new tyres, and fixing the windscreen washers. The service was the best I’ve had at a garage and Adam explained everything that was required including costings for the required parts. Adam kept me updated throughout the day and his team had the car fixed and ready for me to collect on time. Thanks again Niche Motors
I've got nothing but praise For the work Adam and the lads do at Niche Motors. Car was due an MOT but needed some tricky work doing on the suspension and they were more than happy to accommodate for this even though stating they were flooded with loads of work. Adam kept in contact the whole time of having my car and sent regular updates via photos etc. Also price wise for the suspension work which needed doing was no where near what other garages were trying to rip me off with!! Definitely my go to garage for car repairs from now !!!
