   I recently had my car serviced at this garage, and unlike most, they are refreshingly honest and reliable. Abbas, the mechanic, is not only heartwarming and genuine but also goes the extra mile to help. Exceptional service that earns my trust.

   Do not use!! Abbas seemed nice at first but he blatantly lies to you and will rip you off. I took my car due to a knocking noise and he said it could be the drive shaft aswell as the wishbone and inner track rod. However, when I bought it back for him to diagnose on the ramp he said it wasn’t the drive shaft and only the track rod and wishbone. When I came to collect the car and paid him he said it was also the drive shaft and when when I drove it, it was still making the same noise. He said it was actually the drive shaft but he couldn’t see it when examining as it was hidden by the wishbone. However, I had taken it to a garage before him and that garage confirmed that a blind person could see the drive shaft. Nor did he tell me that I would need to get the tracking done so I had to pay another £20. When I left it to be properly repaired he then took the wishbone out so I paid £140 for the track rod only. He refused to give me a partial refund. Very disappointed. Absolute rip off and a massive headache. DO NOT USE!

   Can’t recommend these boys enough! Had a problem with my car and went many many places but no body could help. The only choice left was VW but they were charging stupid money just to try and diagnose. These lads went above and beyond to get the problem sorted and genuinely cared to see the issue is rectified. They even helped me get a discount on tyres from next door. Thanks to lequanta in particular!!! Legend

   Now that there has been a change in Management for Dimac I can now confidently say that I was happy with the service and professionalism provided. Abbas was very helpful and did not try to rip me off like other garages. I would recommend Dimac to anyone looking for honest people who will provide a professional service and with decent prices.

   Shocking service seems like the staff they have can barely string a sentence together and to top it off when leaving my vehicle with this company expecting a quality service for them to not do the work on the vehicle yet claimed to me that the vehicle was now spot on. I then proceeded to use the vehicle assuming there was nothing wrong with my vehicle to only find out that not only did the problem re-occur but when i have then taken the vehicle to a different garage to then be told that i have had no work even done on the car. This was a shock to me because i had believed that this garage had carried out the work on the car. I highly recommend not to use this garage for the shocking service they give. There are a few garages on the same road which provide a better service. DO NOT USE!!!
