   If I could give 0 stars I would. I received the bumper DAMAGED. They then offered me a “£30 partial refund” which I declined and asked for a replacement bumper and to collect the damaged one. Was told they couldn’t collect the damaged one but would send a new bumper. New bumper delivered DAMAGED AGAIN. I reported it and was told they would come and collect the bumpers and give me a full refund. Their courier then didn’t collect or turn up at my collection address but claimed they did. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I’m now out of pocket with 2 damaged bumpers I need to dispose of myself. In response to yours. I gave you dates to collect the bumper. You said you did and there was NO sign of collection. People can’t sit around all day waiting for “collection” that never happens. You have delivered damaged goods with no intention of a refund.

   Great company that stand on business very well, I ordered an arch kit for an Anatole that unfortunately wasn’t of great quantity and it’s drilled out holes didn’t align with mine, after reporting this back to them, they offered a full refund and to collect the item (send out a courier) unfortunately the courier was a lazy one and decided he didn’t want to take the item as it was shipped to me so I opted to just take it back myself, overall good customer service and honour their word! Would recommend!

   Ordered using next day delivery. It never arrived and was sent back to courier on 3 separate days. They told me they had wrong address and had updated it with courier and promised I would get part next day. But again same thing has happened and when I called them the agent laughed at me when I told her I had car booked in. In a word AVOID. Nice until you pay them and then they don’t care.

   I placed an order for my partners birthday not realising that I was going to be at work when the parcel was delivered and he was going to be the only one in the house. That would mean he would see what his present was based on packaging and would ruin the surprise. Sandra was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure it was sent in a non branded box.
