The guy at the counter on 15th November (Saturday) at around 1:30 PM didnβt even ask what size drink I wanted and just made the largest one on his own. I love Starbucks, but that guy is such a greedy employee. Terrible customer service.

Unprofessional and disappointing experience with a supervisor at this Starbucks. I had ordered and paid for two butter croissants, but was later told only one was available. That was completely understandable, and the person at the till handled it very professionally. I told her I was happy to take one croissant and receive a refund for the other. Since she wasnβt sure how to process it, she called a supervisor for assistance β and thatβs when things went downhill. The supervisor walked in and immediately asked about βthe issue with the butter croissant,β then looked at it in front of me and said, βit looks fine.β The till staff clarified the situation, but the supervisor still seemed confused. While initiating the refund, she picked up the croissant I had paid for, and without explanation, tossed it aside by the counter. I was left standing there shocked. Only after the till staff reminded her again of the situation did she hand it back to me. Honestly, I left not even sure who the real βsupervisorβ was, because the till staff acted far more professional and respectful than their manager. Throwing away food for no reason, in front of a customer, is unacceptable. The whole interaction came across as rude, careless, and completely unnecessary. A very frustrating experience.

Nothing wrong with Starbucks food or drinks perfectly acceptable for a worldwide chain store. However, didnβt expect to be berated by the staff and made to feel uncomfortable in my home town. The staff were extremely abrasive maybe I caught them on a bad day. Wonβt be returning any time soon this Starbucks has lost a loyal customer. The coffee shops across the road were way more personable and overall created a great warmer atmosphere. One woman in particular was extremely sharp and created a hostile environment (which is probably why most seats were empty). This is such a shame as I stated earlier how Starbucks itself is such an amazing company but has been let down by the staffs manners.

Avoid this Starbucks at all costs! I ordered a Matcha green tea latte and asked for as little ice as possible and the girl behind the counter said they have what they call lite ice but when they gave me my drink, it was very full of ice! See photos. We also ordered a slice of banana nut bread and it was as dry as dirt. It seemed like it was days old. To be fair to the girl behind the counter, she did say she could replace my drink when I informed her that my drink didnβt have a little ice but was full of ice. I cannot recommend this Starbucks though.

Not a very big Starbucks since it is inside the mall. This is not an ideal place if you want to read a book or do some work on your laptop as the cafe could get crowded easily. The service was Swift as I went early in the morning. A few of the coffee options were marked as unavailable, so that was a bummer.

Friendly staff and what you would expect to pay from a chain (bit expensive) but they we were told they couldnβt shut the door, so we were really cold. Wonβt be going there unless summer. Everyone in there had coats on! Seems a ridiculous rule to leave door open where they are located.

I went for pumpkin spiced latte and they couldn't make it so very disappointed. I know it's not the staffs fault and I've never had an issue with service or quality of products when I've been in before but it just gets on my nerves that the Leamington one always runs out of the seasonal stuff! I don't know if it's actually a supply problem or if the manager just doesn't look at previous years demand but it's not good business to always run out of what people want!

It took ages to get our drinks on our visit. This was despite only one customer in front of us, and three members of staff? It would have been quicker to serve myself. Maybe the person on the drinks was training, in which case it is understandable. Otherwise at a busyvtine if year, we just wanted our drinks and to get going. We also had an option around paying more for charity? Seemed odd to me having gone to several chain and small business coffee houses of late. We just wanted our drinks at the price advertised on the menu. I paid anyway to support charity, maybe that is how Starbucks works? The drinks were fine, if not a little expensive almost Β£10 for 3 x small hot chocolates. No marshmallows either and we did not want cream.
