Really awful experience of this company. We were recommended Julie by our estate agents. Communication was a major issue, which added to complications with our sale. Communication was so poor that on day of completion we called to find out what was happening to be told that the request of funds had gone missing. We never felt like a customer. Although we appreciate times are tough, they had no issues billing us. They seem completely out of their depth at the moment. Avoid at all costs.
