It was a pleasant experience working with my solicitors during the process of sale and purchase of properties. There were many moments I was not sure what I was supposed to be doing, but they were so supportive and helpful, didn't mind answering all my basic questions. The email exchange was usually very quick, just like doing a chat on the phone, unless they are on holidays. After a bad experience with different conveyancing solicitor. I chose to stay local and after reading reviews chose WSP to continue with my conveyancing I was appointed to Gemma Francis and have to say she was very helpful and informative throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend WSP Solicitors
I phoned them with an initial enquiry. They promised to find the relevant specialist and get back to me. I've heard nothing from them in the three weeks since then. If they can't respond to an initial enquiry I have no trust that they can act promptly in future.
No real communication from start to finish unless I chased them up. Secretary gave different info than solicitor. Told me to send documents when I had already delivered them to office. Only received surveys months after completion after asking where they were. Have to print them out myself at my expense. Only received pdf copies and no original paper documents at all. Slow and shoddy. Do not recommend and wish I had read other reviews before instructing them. Always used Red Kite and they shall get my custom in future.
I have given 2 star just because of the negligence. When I enquired about a quote for a service they promptly given a nice quote which is really nice and great. Appreciate that, however immediately when I said to proceed within 2 days got a response as they are running out of staff and cannot consider providing the service and refused. Simple thing is when we enquire itself this can be straight away said as they should be knowing as they are busy. Appreciate that, however after we asked to initiate no response or after following up saying as they cannot do as they are running or of staff is not that great. That’s the only reason
We used WSP for the conveyancing when buying our first home. Lucy our solicitor was very helpful. She was able to sort everything out for us and made the whole process stress free. She answered all our questions and kept us informed with updates on how our purchase was progressing. We were extremely happy with the service we received.
