   I recently used this solicitor for preparing two guarantor agreements and legal advice. Unfortunately, I found the service to be very overpriced. I was charged £1,200, whereas other solicitors for example, Bevan in Chipping Sodbury quoted £300 for the same work. The overall experience did not justify the high fees. The office environment was not welcoming or professional, and even basic standards such as cleanliness and reception/security were lacking. For the price charged, I would have expected a far higher level of service and presentation. Based on this experience, I would not use this firm again and would instead travel further afield to Bristol, where the value for money and professionalism are significantly better.

   I liaised with this company (D Plessier) regarding some property issues. Mr Plessier was extremely knowledgeable, and kept me informed of various options available, either by email or telephone calls. He was friendly and pleasant during telephone conversations.
