Very poor experience with Stone King, felt very let down. I called for an estate after my mum’s death and was met with very rude attitude… The girl on the phone, Lola, didn’t have an ounce of sympathy and kept huffing and puffing every time I asked a question. You’d think that in this line of work people would have a bit of empathy… I can’t comment on the solicitors as the ‘welcome’ did not make me want to go on with Stone King.

Terrible.. used Luke Watson for an estate issue and he was useless and racked up a £20k bill for nothing. Did a better job myself and estate issue involving breach of poa and fraud now dealt with by a professional expert solicitor. All solicitors will tell you they can deal with an issue and take your money, especially this one. He tells the same old story over and over again about three brothers. My advice dont go near this one.

Terrible. Consulted them for cross-border French/English advice on a substantial estate. Arrogant, rude. They made us fill out a huge questionnaire before deciding it obviously wasn't a dossier of interest to them, they might get back to us in 4 months but they might not, because they had important work to do! Seriously to be avoided if you like to deal with courteous people and a timely service.

Terrible. Stone King spent most of the time telling me about their rules - that I could not take notes, that I was keep what I said secret, and that they were in charge. They had no interest whatsoever in my story. A complete and utter waste of money and time.

The response from the firm below shows how dishonest they are. They had a complaint that they effectively laughed off until the Legal Ombudsman had to get involved. As a client of Mr Matthew Graham’s, Mr Graham breached my confidentiality and acted without authority. When a formal complaint was submitted, Mr Andrew Banks of the firm refused to accept responsibility. The Legal Ombudsman later found in my favour and monetary compensation was awarded. After leaving a honest review elsewhere, Stone King have attempted to have it removed by falsely claiming I was never a client. This firm is a truly dishonest set of individuals. I would not recommended them to anyone.

I do not recommend these solicitors to anyone. They were unhelpful and unaccommodating to our situation. We provided all the documents they required from us and then told us they were ending their retainer because we didn't provide all the documents they asked for. We tried to be accomodating to them but it was trying to fit a square in a round hole.

What a horrific company to deal with, unfortunately the court appointed this company to deal with my grandmother estate so the choice wasn't ours. 4 years and still counting totally incompetent solicitor Kerry Rogers totally clueless in her job. All they are interested in is overcharging in fees.

I deposited a will with these solicitors in 2010 and was very impressed with the quality and care that went into the work. Today I was walking through Queen's Square and pointed out there offices to one of the beneficiaries in the will - but wait an empty building. It would have been useful to receive notification that they had moved and whether any action needed to be taken.

Following a recommendation from a family friend, I approached Meg Moss to represent me in my divorce. In our initial meeting I was incredibly impressed with not only Meg's high level of professionalism but her kindness and her empathy; qualities she displayed throughout a process made all the more difficult by Covid-19. Meg rose to those additional challenges magnificently and knowing that my affairs were in the best possible hands was a real comfort. I would also like to mention Meg's Legal Secretary, Sam Pinker. Sam kept me constantly updated and they are simply a fantastic team. I cannot recommend them highly enough to any prospective client.

I contacted Stone King today on behalf of a relative and can honestly say that I couldn't have asked for a better service. I needed advice and legal services very last minute and Nick Wragg was an absolute god send. Despite having a very busy schedule, he made sure he was able to jump on the case immediately, kept me and my family updated at every step and provided fantastic advice and legal help whilst also being incredibly friendly and understanding. His legal secretary and the credit controller were also amazingly warm and helpful and made a very personal, difficult situation a lot easier to deal with. I simply cannot recommend them strongly enough.
