   I'm waiting one month for a basic appointment to pick up my document. This company is so slow replying to emails and not proactive. Instead I will get an email that says. "Sorry for the delay" yet not proactively suggest any appointment times for a meeting. Instead, I have to do another email loop and waste a week's time because of the slow replies. There's no point in calling because you will leave the voicemail with no call back. Save your time and don't grow old waiting for this firm to work for you. Avoid at all cost. My next step might be to go to the office myself and not leave without my document.
