My late Father instructed Wards Keynsham to deal with all aspects of his finances including the sale of his home. I cannot put into words how poor the communication has been, the lack of compassion or ability to share important information with us as a family. We are approx 19 months since his passing and things have just been finalised. As a family we found out through the clearance company the buyers date in which they would be moving into the property. Should my Father of known that the process would have been conducted in such a poor manor he would have thought twice about using Wards. For more sensitive legal proceedings I would absolutely avoid, the stress and upset Wards caused unfortunately is unforgivable.
