   Had my baby shower at the Queens Arms and it looked absolutely beautiful. Everyone said how amazing the buffet was, catered to all allergens, gluten free, dairy free and vegan and it all was incredible! All staff were so friendly and a big shout out to Chris who was so friendly and helpful especially to help organise before the day. Would absolutely recommend hiring the pub for a special event, but also recommend the pub in general as we visit a lot for food and drinks and it’s always been amazing!

   They opened especially for us for a wake on a Wednesday lunchtime. Really helpful in allowing us to use the car park for the church opposite. Great attentive service and the food was absolutely astounding. Everyone commented on how good the food was. Thank you very much.

   Had Sunday dinner at this pub. Lovely food, nice atmosphere. They have a garden at the back where small children can play safely. For the adults, an under cover area with grape vines, kangaroo vines, and ivy on the walls. Appears to have a revamp, so has new furniture inside and out. However does fit this very old pub. You need to book on Sundays. We'll worth a visit. If you are tall mind your head in the bar.

   The staff went out of their way to cook me a burger before the kitchen even opened! Prices were as expected in this day and age and the Blue Moon was beautifully refreshing! The garden out the back was lovely and I fully expect I'll be visiting again soon!

   Good food and service. The garden was very well stocked with benches but I would have liked to see some more real ales. The only one being shown as ready for pouring was having the line cleaned.

   It feels lucky to have such a nice, friendly pub in the village. It has a very personal atmosphere, no pretensions, very helpful staff and owners, nothing to complain really. I am vegetarian - there’s always been items on the menu, or they’ve improvised on something to modify it to cater to me. Likewise for kids who have allergies - with some prior notice, there’s always been a ‘free from’ option for them to try. The pub always has a warm, welcoming feeling. Truly great traditional English pub. Delivers exactly what it’s designed for! Highly recommended.
