   Definitely won’t be returning again, ordered mixed grill 3 , came home to find out lamb donner and chicken thigh missing, called the restaurant and got told they didn’t wanted me to wait so they put extra chicken donner instead of lamb donner (who does that) then asked about chicken thigh there respond was it’s not on the menu, when you can clearly see it on the receipt it said chicken thigh part of the mixed grill. When tried to explain all this they and argued on the phone only to be told they will deliver chicken thigh but 40mins later which means No we won’t in another way, also tried to give me address after repeating my address 10times and the lady still going she can’t hear me very well on the phone I had no choice then to hung up. Very disappointed at the service received and wasted my money and time. Won’t bother going there ever.

   I recently had the pleasure of visiting Shish Mezze Charcoal in Weston-super-Mare, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. I ordered a mixed kebab along with a selection of mezze, and everything was absolutely delicious. The meat was tender, juicy, and cooked to perfection over charcoal, giving it that authentic flavor you can’t easily find elsewhere. The mezze were fresh, full of flavor, and complemented the kebabs perfectly – you can really taste the quality in every bite. The atmosphere in the restaurant is warm and welcoming, and the staff are very friendly and attentive, making you feel comfortable straight away. It’s clear they really care about both their food and their customers. Another great thing is that they also offer a very convenient takeaway service. The food was well-packaged, still hot and fresh when I got home, which makes it perfect for enjoying the same restaurant-quality meal at home. Overall, I highly recommend Shish Mezze Charcoal to anyone looking for authentic, tasty kebabs and mezze in Weston-super-Mare – whether you’re dining in or ordering takeaway, you won’t be disappointed!

   The staff were lovely and welcoming, and the food portions were generous. Unfortunately, the quality of the food was disappointing. Having tried Turkish cuisine many times before, I found this to be among the worst experiences. The chicken and lamb chops did not taste fresh, and the chicken wings were quite off-putting as they hadn’t been properly cleaned. Sadly, I couldn’t enjoy the meal and ended up packing the food for the cats instead.

   Extremely Rude staff We ordered 3 dishes, one of which was a wings dish that came with rice and salad. Some of the wings still had feathers/hairs on them. So we spoke to the waiter. He told us it’s busy, to eat it like that. No sorry, or replacement or even re-grilling the chicken for us. When we questioned the rudeness, he said ‘why should I say sorry, you have to eat it like that’. The waiter started arguing with us, and the nearby 2 tables. The waiter is clearly incompetent at his job.

   I have visited this place a few times and have left full and happy every visit. The food is fresh, tasty and there is a lot on your plate. The staff are absolute class and always look after you. It’s about time we got a place like this in Weston where you can sit in and enjoy proper Turkish food. I recommend the feta filo starters and the sharing platter

   We were just visiting the area and they saved the day for us after we walked out of Bistrot Pierre after waiting nearly an hour for a meal. They were friendly and efficient. The food was really fresh and good quality. It arrived very quickly which was very welcome after a long journey. Although we had a take away, it would be a good place to eat in as well. Highly recommended.

   We had a meal here and the food is fantastic. Service was very good, although it was mid week and a little bit quiet. The home made chilli sauce is very good and a great compliment to the mixed grill. The food is very well priced and you get more than you can eat. Give the place a try if you get chance, you won’t be disappointed.

   We ate in the restaurant a couple of days ago. The food was excellent. We chose the Shish Mezze mixed grill for 2, which was superb and great value. There was so much food we took what was left home and had another meal with it!! I don't understand some of the negative reviews as the restaurant has only recently opened, yet some reviews are dated 11 months ago. This new restaurant is well worth a visit, we will definitely return.
