   Where do I begin? They say moving house is one of the most stressful experiences but honestly, if you need a fantastic firm of solicitors then look no further than BLB. Assigned to the conveyancing of both the sale and purchase of properties was the wonderful Siobhan. I genuinely can’t thank her enough. She has been absolutely fantastic. I don’t say that lightly. In particular her extremely proactive approach, so punctual with everything we were faced with. If all the other solicitors were half as good as Siobhan, this property move would have been much quicker. 5* service at extremely fair pricing. I wouldn’t ever go anywhere else from now on.

   Sarah Jackson was brilliant: professional, knowledgeable and very effective. From their initial advice all the way through the divorce process they were fantastic and made it possible for me to stay in my home and run the business I love. Their advice also made the process much smoother and empowered me to stand my ground, negotiate well and avoid a protracted struggle. They put together the settlement agreement very quickly which sped the process up and were equally effective in submitting the D81 and draft financial consent order. I cannot recommend them highly enough. It is not an over-exaggeration to say that they helped me to transform my life and I will be forever grateful.

She responded to our queries promptly and supported us throughout the process. Siobhan D looked after us as we approached the contract exchange and she was amazing. We were expecting the contract exchange to be delayed due to other parties in the chain but Siobhan was able to tie up all the loose ends for us so the contract exchange went ahead without delay.    I would highly recommend BLB Solicitors for anyone dealing with a personal injury claim. The most important quality of your solicitor, especially when you are dealing with injury and stress, is someone you can trust to deal with your claim whilst you try to cope with life. Clare Lowes and my barrister achieved a settlement that several of the so called 'top firms' in the UK said was impossible.
