I really love this place for its English breakfast — the food is excellent overall, and the staff are incredibly friendly.
One person serving on till. Takes everyone’s orders & only the starts to make coffees. Wait too long for a cafe. Should at least have one taking orders & one making drinks. Simples.
Want to lift up staff who give excellent service especially Shannon and Alliyah. However there's a member of staff who've I've seen today who seems to spend a long time chatting to customers and not helping her colleagues. Seem her do it more than once. However this is no reflection on all the staff who are second to none.
We had a lovely experience at Café Carluccio’s! The chicken tenders with chips were absolutely delicious – crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, perfectly seasoned and served hot. Paired with their smooth and rich cappuccino, it made for a satisfying and comforting meal. The quality and taste really stood out, and we’ll definitely be coming back for more. Highly recommend!
Really good coffee, I didn't try the food but they have a decent selection of muffins and cakes etc.
