Always good service from this garage. Car was serviced and MOT’d, they rang me about work that was required and what it would cost. Staff are always friendly and polite. Very happy with work completed.
Mark the mechanic guy was absoloutly brilliant. He was on his own dealing with all of the customers. Running in-between fixing buggers issues with cars and going and fixing smaller issues such as wiper blades in-between so no one was kept waiting unnecessarily. His service was five star. The only reason I've gave four as he shouldn't have had to be working alone and he should have had support I stead of running himself ragged. However he was cheery, he explained everything very well and nothing was too much trouble for him.
Had tyres fitted, made a timed appointment and they were on time and did a professional job They say they say they are not beaten on price which I have found to be true. Would recommend and they cover large parts of the country. I would recommend anyone to try them.

I took my van there for them to fix it. They said it would take 5 hours to fix it but it took 10 hours to fix it. They gave me a quotation online, but when I got there, they added £55 extra to the final price. I called them many times but they did not answer. After I left the van there, I called them around 15 times, nobody answered. I decided to go there. When I went to pay the money, one of the staff there gave the van back to me outside the place and I tried turning it on but it didn’t start. I had asked them why my van wasn’t starting and they had started swearing at me and slammed my van door. So I went to the office and complained about my van, there was a very polite member of staff there who spent 40 minutes of their time trying to fix my van in which they did fix it. This was past the opening hours but they still offered to try and fix my van for it to start again.
Amazing garage. MOT and repairs sorted straight away. Car was on the road the next day after MOT retest. Lots of space, parking, waiting area, super friendly staff and they are open 7 days. Amazing and very convinient place.
Very friendly and fantastic team, treating customers respectfully and fairly on price. The garage is so clean and tidy, well organised, and clean clothed mechanic. Keeping the standards high. They have given a time slot, and in that slot, if you are there, your work will be done in the time it has given. Good time, keepers.
Was very easy to book for a full service on my car. Did it on line and got in the following morning. Dropped my car off at 8.30am & collected by 4pm. Service was done on my car , additional things that needed doing they contacted me and explained everything. all sorted and collected my car back late afternoon. Very polite gentleman on the front desk, will definitely use them again. Thank you . Jean
I haven't had better experience, before. Booked MOT for 3pm car was taken in straight away and from waiting area I can see their work. Job done in less then an hour. I have found Formula One, Abbey lane very professional and efficient. Thanks
