   I had a suprise issue with my Audi as it started to misfire and I got esp and engine management lights on. I called savi autocare and they got me in the same morning. I left the car with them for the day and its now fixed. I got a fully itemised bill and I thought they were very professional. I would use them again. They clearly know what they are doing unlike some other places I have been previously. Thanks guys. A Star for customer service and speed.

   Disgraceful service I took a bmw x5 for a battery drain and a outside handle repair, they broke the central locking on the car and tried to insinuate it came in like this they bust the door panel on the drivers side bodging it on with a huge ( not meant to be there washer ) they ordered a second hand panel all torn leather and scratched up thinking somehow this was acceptable had the car in the workshop for over a week overall and the battery drain wasn’t within there capabilities They eventually refunded us what the cost was but I still have to source a door panel and the cost is well over £1000 pounds overall it was a bitter experience and they did a similarly poor job on an Audi s3 we took in there I personally won’t be taking any of our vehicles there ever again !!

   Rang Nick up off the cuff after recommendation from my brother. He helped me out on a Friday afternoon when he could easily have said no. His staff were also helpful. Went away a very happy bunny and will use ghem again no problem. Amazing service.

   Used Savi Autocare for a recent EGR repair and diagnostic for a couple of other issues. They were efficient, got to the root of the problem quickly and explained everything to me very well. Specialised in my vehicle make and obviously know their stuff. I’ll be going here for everything in future, far better service than your high street garages. If you’ve got any warning lights/faults, go to an independent specialist and get it dealt with properly.

   Very good. Know Audi/VW. Friendly and reasonably priced. Honest. They have serviced my wife's car for a long time and mine for two years. Get to the source of any problems and sort them. Good attention to detail too.
