The guys at the Keighley branch fitted tyres , discs , brakes and a couple of small jobs that needed doing they went above and beyond what I expected, that caught a fault ,showed me this and didn't charge the earth , thank you I fully recommend these guy's.
Ordered tyres online, came to the keighley garage they got my car straight up on the ramp! Quick and efficient and friendly staff which always helps! Great service all round.
Fantastic bunch of lads. Came in for a free battery health check, they checked and said the battery is absolutely fine but the terminal is loose. They fixed it up and tightened it for me for free. Really generous and kind, saved me a whole load of stress and didn’t try make money off me! Definitely my go to garage of choice from now on
Very good customer service. I felt looked after, understood and not mislead. The staff were thorough and attentive. I was sent here by my warranty company and was sceptical before I went, but I pleasantly surprised.
I took my vehicle in for a major service, at a cost of nearly £400. When I received the vehicle back, I noticed the oil was overfilled, and within a day the air filter cover came loose as it was missing all its screws. The garage accepted the vehicle back within a day to rectify, but on receiving it back the "repairs" included drilling a non-standard screw through the cover (not sure of the damage near the air filter yet), as well as emptying a third of the oil I had paid for only two days before. EDIT within a few days of this emptying (which the centre manager now disputes happened), the oil level has further dropped, and the car is now leaking oil underneath. Thankfully it's with Halfords head office to manage, but I am now left doubting the quality of the work I can't see. In hindsight, given this experience I feel I should have stuck with a local independent garage

Can't speak highly enough of the manager and lads here who at 8am on a Saturday morning having just got to work with no fuss and with great efficiency did an oil top up on my van which allowed me to make my time critical collection further up the road.
