I didn't eat but there was a good selection of food at reasonable prices. Again, a good selection of drinks at good prices with a friendly and efficient service and I can confirm this time, tasted great. Clean, cosy, comfortable. Toilets were well stocked and clean. Can't believe I've never been in before but I'll definitely be in again :)

Great pla e supporting live Music in the undercover garden. My first time there such a good atmosphere. I was there to support a friends band Re Offenders singing covers by Buzzcocks The Jam Sex Pistols Ramones etc. Brilliant banΜd well worth seeing.

Very good pub about twenty minutes walk from Coventry railway station. Six cask ales - and one cider - on handpump when I visited including a mild. Loads of outdoor seating in the very large garden to the rear some of it covered. The pub was rebuilt by the landlord from the shell of the former Leigh Mills gatehouse.

When I went it was pretty quiet. We had a decent meal, decent beer and watched the football on bt sports. I can't say it was modern but has a small pub charm, the staff were very pleasant and there is nothing really to complain about. Prices were good so all in all a pretty decent evening.

Great freehouse with friendly and superfast-serving staff! Wide choice of drinks inc ales on tap that change regularly. The best beer garden in Coventry city centre. Brilliant for rugby and football. Tasty food. Live bands (not every day). Dogs welcome. Children allowed (with drinks limit for responsible adult).

Excellent food and drink. Very friendly bartender who was knowledgeable about the different beers on offer. Had walked to the pub via the canal from Hawksbury Junction, so was in need of a good rest!
