   On the beginning I asked them few time how much it will cost. They said first we check then will let you know on phone. After couple of hours they called and said their is no leak found come and take it. On leaving garage they said I have to pay £10. For me £10 is nothing but they lost a customer with bad review. Now I am in another garage and they found leakage in front of me. Not Recommended

   Some of the best customer service I have experienced from a garage, with very knowledgeable staff (Adam) who gave me clear information of what was required for car to pass MOT and then provided me the quote and then later carried out the work for very reasonable price. Works came in on price and on time, would recommend Broomfield to anyone who are feeling let down by their own garage. I usually tend to stay away from independent garage but customer service from Adam has changed my mind as he's demonstrated that independently owned garages genuinly want to look after it's customers in hope they will return, I certainly will.
