   As someone who originates from Tunbridge Wells, I wasn't expecting much from a drinking establishment in this downtrodden town, but it was possibly slightly worse than I expected. The regulars (they certainly seemed regular) were loud and boisterous as I attempted to read my novel in the corner of the main lounge. The choices of beverages were the usual fare and clearly attempting to appeal to the masses. All in all it wasn't an experience I would consider repeating in much of a hurry.

   What an amazing pub! Great location for football ground and a super friendly atmosphere. Bar staff were lovely, and Jessie, my collie, had a wonderful time. The range of ales was fabulous. Couldn't recommend it highly enough.

Speaking of characters, the locals at the Victoria Inn are some of the most memorable I've ever encountered. From the chatty regulars to the friendly bar staff, everyone here is full of character and stories to tell. It's the kind of place where you can strike up a conversation with a stranger and end up making a new friend. Overall, if you're looking for a pub that's full of charm, character, and canine companionship, then the Victoria Inn is the place for you. This is a truly special place that offers a unique and memorable pub experience. Five stars!
