   A great little place for a snack or a cuppa (ice cream in summer). Sitting is outside only but some seats are covered. Great service and always love going here. Reasonably priced. Located in Bute Park near the Millennium footbridge.

   Lovely little coffee shop in Bute park. Ideal if you're waiting to catch a coach from Sofia Gardens. It's just a short walk over the river taff foot bridge. Reasonably priced and lovely staff.

   So I just got off a coach at Sofia Gardens Coach Station. Was in need of a good coffee so headed across the river to Summerhouse Cafe. A warm welcome, good chitchat and a great price for a oat milk latte. I had my own mug so got a discount as well. Great customer service and look forwards to coming here in the summer when I come to Cardiff again.

   Tiny little cafe in Bute park, lots of places for seating and bowls for dogs to drink from. Good selection of hot food, drinks, ice cream and snacks. Many choices and fair prices for the location. Parking in Sophia gardens nearby. Friendly staff, hope to visit again.

   Stopped for a drink and some food as I’d seen them spray hand sanitiser in another customer’s hand. Before handling the ice cream I asked for some hand sanitiser too and the woman pointed to a bucket of water with some bubbles in. How can this possibly be safe with everyone sticking their hands in? Wouldn’t have been a huge problem if the staffs’ attitude wasn’t so awful.

   Good value and great location spoilt by their insistence on playing music through speakers in the roof. Guess the natural sounds of birds singing is not the owner's thing.. Such a shame.
