    Food is pretty much standard across the whole of Costa. I go there because it quiet and freshly refurbished and the atmosphere is lovely.

    My husband and I use Costa at Coleshill because its local but we've also now built up good rapport with the staff in there Alexi, Lillie, Molly, Abbie and Jake and the other girls. We enjoy the atmosphere and banter. I feel comfortable to go in there on my own because they make me feel welcome. We've been to other Costa's but Coleshill is our favourite. If the staff left we'd probably go elsewhere.

    This Costa has to be a firm favourite of mine. Atmosphere is my main reason to entertain my friends. Easy to park outside, step into the world of coffee, sit and enjoy. Here again. Why not. Might be good to have a disabled hand push automatic pad to allow parents with children, anybody really who's in a chair to enter and exit at ease.

    Service without a smile attitude for free asked for a Toblerone late didn't look anything like in the picture was in a mug went back asked for it to atleast resemble the picture as it should got more attitude for free minus the Toblerone. When you ask for cream too and you get none why ask me. Why advertise these drinks as they should be served when they are not served like this as the staff are trained to make the drinks like they are advertised bit like if you buy a bmw you wouldn't want a skoda

    Really friendly helpful staff. Not to busy with a mix of seating . Parking around is only 1 hour . Park further up road to get longer free parking. Went again 10th December 2022 .. Still OK with good friendly staff

    Very very disappointed with the lack of cleanliness in the seating area, especially the leather sofa, it had stains over the front so much so that I chose not to sit there. The floor needed at least a good sweep wiped the table with my own wet wipes. .and they were only about a third full..so not busy !! Think twice before visiting again x

    Chalk and Linen, the homeware store, hands down has the most down-to-earth coffee shop service in Coleshill. Costa has everything else.
