Great service.....again. Ordered a Peugeot 208 rear light Wednesday pm, delivered as promised Thursday am. Worked a treat and a huge saving on a new unit....it was as good as new. Thanks again guys for the 5 Star service

I have used Trent’s in the past , it would be wrong to expect a normal retail experience from car dismantlers but my visit today even puts that in the shade , Not having been there in a very long time and arriving at the site I had to look hard to find even the entrance no signs at all pointing to the reception, However I did find my way to a two storey porta cabin climbed the stairs to a window to an office no one seemed to be there until I poked my head further through and said go afternoon only to be greeted by by someone who obviously dose not enjoy there job , The voice behind the blank expression says , “yes what do you want everything is on line “ So you don’t sell parts from here then I say “No” Oh !!bye then Selling things online is not prerequisite for rudeness!!
My car was stolen and these cowboys bought it for scrap without doing ANY checks whatsoever! I only found out about the fate of my car when I received the Certificate of Destruction in the post! I tried reaching out to Charles Trents numerous times offering to buy the car back off them to no avail! Absolute scumbags accepting vehicles without any proof of ownership whatsoever!
DO NOT USE this company. They’ll send you faulty part (late), and then roll you over when you try to get a refund. Over £150 racked up in phone charges calling this scam company. I trust you’ll lose enough business and money from prospective customers reading this than you have scammed out of me.
i just cannot see if the part is right, as when i type in the registration number then all parts listed are not for my model or type of part could order the wrong part the part could fit possibly but that i will never know it is a pity as there are good reviews out there but in my instance not good at all
Do not trust, they sent me a fault engine under warranty. Fitted engine and it is smoky now I have to take out the engine again costing me £400 labour, ship it back to them for £78 and I got an apology for my loses. If the apology is good enough for you then this is the right company to deal with
It’s big scam on here I bought a gear box for £168 after the took the money they didn’t ship it claiming that some one else bought it at same time as me n they shipped it to him , to find out that they advertised it on eBay for £196 :(( . They refused to refund the money , thanks god I paid them through pay pal open a case n waited months to get my money back .guys if you don’t know what ur doing with this ppl defo u will be scammed.after they take ur money they will never respond, worst company in the world .
