   Choosing a car steering wheel immobiliser for the first time, I was advised at the till that some versions might not fit the wheel on my vehicle. Halfords' staff member Martin went out of his way to help me choose the correct product and not make an avoidable mistake. He was really helpful.

   Review for Kam B From start to finish, the entire process was seamless. I came in a few days ago and mentioned we were having issues installing our dash cam. Kam booked my vehicle in for today and was incredibly sweet, professional, and delivered outstanding customer service. In retail, it often feels like people don’t truly care, but Kam is the complete opposite. He demonstrated amazing listening skills and excellent communication, attributes that many people lack. I also forgot to mention at the time that I wanted the camera positioned in a more hidden way. Without hesitation, at the end of the fitting, Kam adjusted the positioning exactly how I wanted it. Also taking time to demonstrate how to use the dashcam. This level of service is truly astounding. I honestly couldn’t ask for better communication or care. Thank you, Kam—I will absolutely be recommending your service to many others.

   Click and collect today, it was a totally failure, a waste of time! I have spent 20 mins to collect 4 clear boxes I have ordered on line. First: they were giving me wrong items. Second: they came with 3 , when I ordered 4, saying that one has been broken. They could refund me or order a new one that was available next Wednesday or Thursday. (WWWWHAAAAT???) Plusmore, I have received my received email that I have collected the 4 boxes. So where my receipt of going back and collect the 4th was??? I have said that I wanted at least a receipt that I didn't collect one of the items. In all of this my 9months baby was screaming in the car as I have left her in her sit for just (supposed) couple of minutes I could spend to collect them. At the end, the guy told me he couldn't order another one that was out of stock. (???) They tried to offer me another box, totally different shape of what I needed (and I have ordered and paid!). I have refused the offer. After couple of minutes they told me they had the box in store and they going to take It for me. So now, I have wasted 20 mins in an empty shop for a click and collect easy one..

   I'm a regular at this halfords, the staff have always been very good. What prompted me to write this review now though was my experience with them earlier today. After replacing the heater control valve in my old Puma, I couldn't for the life of me get the hose clips shoved back on and it was leaking coolant quite badly. I approached Luke (one of the Halford's staff) and asked if I could get some help with the hose clips. A not-very-easy 10-20mins later they were back in place, and my car was no longer incontinent. Thanks again Luke!

   Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Went to look at car seats for my child, staff member showed me a variety of seats and installed them in their demonstration car seat. Would definitely recommend any parent to go visit for car seats.

   Delivery was delayed twice with no explanation so my son didn't receive his bike on his birthday. No compensation offered. Didn't receive the call back I requested and staff were miserable on collection. Very poor service. I'm hoping the product is better than the customer service.

   I placed my order and later received a call informing me that my item was not actually in stock. I was asked if I wanted the item ordered into store which I said yes (that’s why I placed an order in the first place). I have then received information that my order has been cancelled, however the payment has still go out of my account. Avoid Halfords!
