   Ordered a towbar for my VW eos off of these went through eBay, phoned first to make sure had in stock, that was last week was meant to be here by Friday last week, thought great £350 later this is a week late now they saying another 15 days so they can speak to DPD, asked for refund and been refused until the 15 days are up, this is disgusting for a company to do. I may have to speak to trading standards next just to get my product would never use again first time used. Last time used.

   Awful customer service, took my money twice , both times out of stock, second order they didn't even contact me to tell me, now out of pocket over £400, and can't order another one til refund received. Also have had to cancel the fitter this weekend as no chance to get another one in time.

   Ordered a tow bar kit for my car, the kit arrived very quickly. There was an issue with a part missing (carriers fault) which was resolved extremely quickly and efficiently. Chris in the Customer Service team was really helpful and worked hard to have the issue resolved in a couple of hours and had the courier deliver that morning the missing parts. Can thank him enough for resolving the issue so quickly and painlessly

   Bought a fuel pump from PF Jones, the pump never worked. Returned it for repair at my own expense! Was told there was nothing wrong with it. Mechanic fitted it again yet it sill didn't work. I've paid a mechanic to fit and remove the pump 4 times. Second mechanic confirms the pump is at fault. AVOID THIS SELLER.
