   Had a tyre fitted a couple of days ago and it wasn't fitted properly so all the bolts come out and wheel nearly fell off . Someone come out to resolve the problem which is OK but a bolt was missing so was told to go after work and they would fit another bolt for me . Luckily there wasn't any other damage . When I arrived at the garage after work instead of the apology I was expecting i was meet by a man with a very poor attitude . I don't think this was very professional at all considering the situation . Another man who I assume was the manager came out and sorted it out then the poor attitude man then put a bolt in with the right arse? And still didn't talk it up? I definitely won't be using this garage again . I am lucky my wheel didn't come off completely at 50mph then the poor attitude I received has put me off this garage for life .

   Been going to K. Tee tyres for a few years now. They always been brilliant... I've had to go back Several times (ooops) because my tyres kept getting something stuck in it and deflating. Lol. Anyway, my son has a car now and my husband took him here yesterday and again they were lovely. I heard the reports. Previously as a single female ( before ever meeting my hubby) they have always treated me with respect and told me what's going on with my car , been polite, considerate and generally lovely and given me good advice as to which tyres I've needed. The dudes fit the wheel with an impact gun not a torque wrench.

   Went first time since other garage turned me away. Booked me in the same day for wheel alignment. Popped the car down in the morning, after 20 min job done with reasonable price plus excellent customer service and overall great job. Will definitely recommend.

   I went to ktee thinking my old exhaust needed changing due to a droning sound coming from the backbox. The staff member told me to check if one of my wheel bearings might be the cause as he couldn't find an obvious issue with the exhaust. It turns out this was the case. It was good to know that they didn't just replace the exhaust like some garages would. It also saved me from a much bigger bill that I would have had to have paid.. It's good to find a trustworthy garage that only does work that is actually needed.

   Garage staff were exceptional today. First time using this garage; needed exhaust fixing as it was hanging down, they had a spare exhaust box in spares which they fit for a reasonable price and advised me of something else under car which will need replacing too. They were knowledgeable and very friendly, 10/10

   I've been going here since the mid 70s, the guys in the tyre shop are always good and the shop has a very good range considering it's rather small. If they don't have what you want they can get it, usually within a couple of hours.Very understanding and patient even if you mistakenly order the wrong bits yourself. Top marks from me !

   Repaired my slow puncture and I was back on the road within 30 mins. £20 cost which I didn't think was too bad. Seems to be new management. They were helpful and friendly.

   Had a puncture repair and noticed after that they had chipped my newly restored alloys. Emailed them the pictures and got no response. Shame as they had been my go to local tyre place.
